Lisa Brazeau owns a cute little yoga studio in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.  She has been teaching alignment-based Hatha Yoga for 19 years with a focus on anatomy and awareness.  Lisa graduated from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago Illinois.  She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and is E-RYT 500 which means she can teach other yoga teachers and give them continuing education credits.  She is a perpetual student herself, studying with mostly Senior Iyengar teachers and teachers that specialize in yoga for therapy.
